Matters needing attention in Changshu anodic oxidation dyeing; 1. Attention should be paid to the time when using anodic oxidation dyeing, mainly because the length of dyeing time not only affects the coloring quality, but also has a great impact on the color resistance. Once handled improperly, it will cause abnormal color. 2. In the dyeing process, the voltage must be controlled. The voltage will have a great impact on the dyeing speed and color change. 3. Before dyeing, thorough degreasing must be carried out, otherwise obvious spots will appear on the film.

The dyeing of Changshu anodized aluminum products can make the aluminum alloy put on a colorful coat and play an excellent decorative effect. According to the classification of methods, it can be divided into spontaneous coloring, adsorption coloring and electrolytic coloring. Decolorization mostly occurs in adsorption coloring. Because the dye is adsorbed on the surface of aluminum oxide film pores, it leads to decolorization. However, if the hole can be sealed well, the decolorization of aluminum oxide film can be eliminated. Among many hole sealing processes, the simplest one is hot water sealing, which has low cost but poor effect. The cost of steam sealing is very high, and its sealing effect is the most obvious.
