Changshu hard film and aluminum alloy anodizing technology takes improving oxidation speed and hardness as the development direction. In order to improve the oxidation speed and comprehensive performance, eoe-88 series pulse power supply with pulse wave is recommended. The pulse components in its output voltage and current are rich, which is equivalent to 300 small pulse waves superimposed on the DC wave per second, and the film-forming speed is fast.

Changshu dural composite anodizing is a new anodizing technology. Magnetic powders such as Fe3O4, CrO2 and TiO2, superhard powders such as Al2O3, SiC and sin and conductive powders such as graphite (micron scale) are added to sulfuric acid, oxalic acid and trisodium phosphate electrolyte respectively to make them float in the electrolyte for anodizing. Changshu dura film process has the advantages of easy operation, simple equipment and low cost. Compared with conventional anodic oxidation, its oxidation speed, upper limit of operating temperature and film performance are significantly improved. The results show that some powders can improve the hardness of the film, some powders can reduce the oxidation tank pressure, and some powders can increase the thickness of the film. Recent research results show that Al2O3 powder can more than double the hardness and corrosion resistance of aluminum oxide film in H3PO4 solution, so it has a broad research prospect.

To sum up, there are many new processes in the anodizing of Changshu hard film and its alloys, but they are also challenged by various surface treatment methods. It is expected that in the next 10 years, the anodizing technology will still be the main surface treatment method, but the process technology needs to be continuously improved in order to dominate for a long time.
