3. For parts requiring lower surface brightness than the above, industrial high-purity aluminum and lt65 lt67 aluminum magnesium alloy with aluminum content higher than 99.9% can be selected.
4. For parts requiring mirror appearance, high-purity aluminum or 5a66 aluminum magnesium alloy with aluminum content higher than 99.99% must be selected. After chemical or electrochemical polishing, parts can be anodized with sulfuric acid to obtain colorless, transparent and bright films, which can be dyed with various bright colors.
5. The surface of aluminum materials selected for Anodizing of aluminum alloy in Suzhou oxidation plant shall be free from serious scratches, structural defects and inclusions. It will affect the appearance and corrosion resistance of the oxide film.
