How much do you know about Changshu anodizing? Anodized aluminum plate has many advantages and is being recognized by people, so this kind of plate is being widely used as decorative materials. However, as a specific material, anodized plate must have its properties and characteristics, which should be used well in use.


(1) The color of Changshu anodized alumina material can be divided into natural color and color. The cost protection of natural color is easier, and the end does not need to be repaired after cutting. And color should be treated specially.


(2) The material thickness is 0.8mm, 1mm11.5mm 5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm. The thicker the material, the better the plate shape and the greater the strength, but the cost increases.


(3) The surface oxide film can be divided into 5, 10, 15 and 20. The thickness of oxide film increases and the corrosion aging is long, but it is easy to crack in deep processing. This should be well grasped in the manufacturing process.


(4) There will be microcracks during slotting and flanging in Changshu anodizing. When the oxide plate is formed, there is a dense oxide film on the surface, which will produce fine cracks when the material is stretched during roll arc or bending. The larger the tension is, the more obvious the crack is. The darker ones are more obvious than the lighter ones. Too obvious cracks will affect the beauty of the plate and weaken the protective effect of aluminum. Therefore, before bending, the process test must be carried out to see how deep the groove is, so that the crack is not obvious. Theoretically, the deeper the groove is, the less obvious the crack is. However, if the groove is deep, it will cause great damage to the strength of the plate. During construction, if slotting is really necessary, the remedial method of silica gel should be adopted.


(5) What kind of equipment is used for slotting. The surface hardness of oxide plate is higher than that of ordinary aluminum plate, which is almost close to that of stainless steel, but the inner layer is still soft. When slotting, some people advocate the use of stainless steel equipment, namely "constant force grooving machine", while others oppose this process on the grounds that the efficiency is too low. At present, the company adopts the sliding table saw for opening aluminum plate, and some people doubt that the accuracy of grooving can not be achieved. In the face of doubt and debate, we can only find the answer through technological experiments.


(6) Welding and seed nails. In the past, nails (butt welding process) were planted on the back of the "blank plate" in the processing of ordinary aluminum plate. In this way, even if the panel is burned by welding, it doesn't hurt, because the subsequent process is grinding and painting, which can eliminate the damage. Today's oxide board is transferred to deep processing after surface treatment is completed in advance. The surface damage caused by welding stud is irreparable. We have done experiments. It is feasible for oxidation seed nails with a thickness of more than 2.5mm, and there is no damage to the surface. All kinds of nails are used to install stiffeners or accessories. At this time, the most reassuring method is to add a circle of structural glue to strengthen the fastness.


(7) End treatment after slitting. After the oxide plate is transferred to deep processing, it is bound to be cut into the required large and small plates. There is a broken section, which is the natural color of aluminum. The color of the cross-section is different from the surface color in most cases. The design process is assembled here, and the broken section of the aluminum color is hidden behind. If the end splicing process is used, the aluminum color will be exposed. Due to the decoration guidance of the "apple" mobile phone store, the metal plates there are end-to-end splicing. Now we want to use oxidation plate, that is, we want to use end-to-end splicing technology. In this way, the problem of aluminum natural color exposure must be solved. The current method is to use the touch up paint method, which is a traditional method. We should find a better method.


(8) Treatment of folding and roll circle. Wrap the cylinder with oxidation plate. When the vertical edge of the plate can be grooved and folded, it is only affected by the process of one deformation. If the horizontal edge also needs to be folded, it should be bent and rounded here, and undergo two "major operations". At this time, the oxidation surface will be seriously exposed to paint cracking. Such a process is not desirable. One way out is the "end to end" method. If the end to end method is adopted, the cost will increase a lot.


(9) Changshu anodizing process to be tested. When processing aluminum plate, laser cutting machine will also be used. It is unclear whether the surface of oxide plate is damaged by laser cutting machine? How big is the damage? This needs to be tested. There is also the "etching" process, which is also the effect of chemical agents on the corrosion of materials. Is it harmful to the oxide plate? The next step is also to test.


(10) Hardness of oxide board. The material hardness of oxide plate is much higher than that of aluminum plate in "1" and "3" series. During processing, there will be obvious rebound when forming with folding machine. At this time, a large amount should be added or folded into a small angle to leave room for rebound. When punching with turret, pay more attention to that dense punching will cause material deformation and curl. At this time, the tool disk of the turret punch will scratch the surface of the anodized plate and cause the material to be scrapped. In view of this characteristic, the careful selection of equipment should be fully considered when arranging the processing technology.


(11) Changshu anodized surface is contaminated. The surface of the oxidation plate is strictly prohibited from contacting with alkaline solvent. Once contacted, it will change color. It is also not suitable to contact with heavy acid materials. If there is any solvent to clean the surface, it can also be carried out after the test. For example, in the project of Guokang Road Municipal Design Institute, the oxide board is pressed into a honeycomb board. During the pressing process, a small amount of glue flows to the surface to form patches. Later, on-site cleaning with detergent and alcohol was ineffective. After a variety of experiments, an effective solvent was finally found.


(12) Color difference shall be prevented during material selection and typesetting. Color difference in ordinary aluminum decoration is a headache. The aluminum oxide plate is more prone to color difference, and the solution is to replace it all. The elevator hall of the Municipal Design Institute was originally constructed by another company. Later, it was found that there was a color difference in the oxidation plate. The owner refused to accept it and replaced the construction unit again, so the company came on stage.




Changshu anodizing surface color is the combination of oil plate color and material. The color of plate itself affects the surface color to a great extent. The colors of different aluminum materials and different batches of aluminum materials are different, so it is easy to have color difference. Different from ordinary aluminum plate, when ordinary aluminum plate is sent for spraying, the paint film is completely covered by the color of aluminum, and the color of paint film has nothing to do with the color of aluminum.
